Philadelphia Suites Extended Stay Hotel

Spacious great as a starter for someone moving into town prices high but work withable if booked with a rental car 1 and 2 bedrooms/ 1or 2 bedrooms in a rm I can't call it plus they don't answer when you call even from their hotel rm phone lines dialing the number out or pressing the front desk button no smoking in or near building for the smokers gotta be 25ft away and parking is horrible for those needing to park closer for any reason plus it's limited and paid plus some trouble with sorting bookings and keys not working and the tvs kicking you out of apps but the size the space the pull out and other accommodations make up for it a bit pool basket ball court laundry family and pet friendly just no roll out beds sorry but u can bring a f/q/k size air mattress and fit it in with minimal rearranging while the sofa bed is pulled out and turn a 1bedrm into a sleeps 6-9 if need be frfrissa good jawn lol

As it is next to the airport, I realize that to get to the hotel, you can use the DoubleTree Hilton hotel shuttle. The free breakfast in the morning is a great advantage. It is not too varied, but I think it's good enough to hold anyone. The rooms are nicely decorated for long stays but no microwave.

On October 1st around 9:00 p.m. I call this hotel to let him know they a car crash at the entrance of the hotel sign in the car crash into the sign of the hotel I called them twice on the second time to let him know they're about to pick up the car and there's no police in here so it looks like this is a insurance fraud because the tow truck was just behind the car when the car crashed so that's why we all thought that that was kind of strange but it was even stranger when I called the hotel to let her know about the crash on their sign and they didn't even call the cops that didn't even care to come to see the car crash. So I'm letting this hotel company knows what type of people you have working at your hotel.

They were very helpful and accommodating. My wallet was stolen and I need help getting situated. They went above and beyond the cal of duty and it's very much appreciated.

Pleasantly surprised with our stay. Rooms are well maintained offering a small kitchen with newer appliances, firm bed, soft pillows, powerful shower. Only drawback no elevator to second floor. Breakfast offerings were just right with fresh fruit, cereal, hot coffee, tea options, hot chocolate, bakery items, waffles, bagels, breads and juices. Pool area sufficient for hot summer days. Found property clean and no security concerns. Excellent overnight stay for the great price booked through Priceline. $10 parking pass required.

So I had a long month let alone a busy couple days of check ins and check outs, in the process I’ve lost my wallet that took me 2 days to find and management made me wait for housekeeping the next morning. Thanks to LAY <3 i got my wallet back, it was left after I checked out on the front desk which only she noticed; couldn’t reach me in time so she left a note with it at front desk, no one bothered to even check when I got back and asked later that night, but Lay did early that next morning. I’ll be back only because I know they got a hidden gem with them

Rooms are big, definitely enough space to be comfortable. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Best part is they have a bbq for guests to use.. we definitely took advantage of that.. breakfast has a little work to be done, maybe add more hot choices. Would definitely stay again when in area.
